I am a somatic trauma and attachment therapist, trauma informed practitioner, and transformational coach.
I specialize in helping people uncover and heal wounds that live deep within the subconscious mind. Once discovered, we are able treat the cause versus the symptom to create long lasting change.

I created Somatic Healing because it is my desire to share with the world the recipe that gave me my life back after surviving significant trauma and loss.
