We can only go as far as our subconscious conditioning.
is to help you
mission
go farther.
My
I work with trauma survivors who feel that something is missing in traditional talk therapy. I help them safely release trauma from their bodies and repair the central nervous system.
This is where subconscious limiting beliefs transform and self love becomes
embodied.
Meet
Laleña
Hi! I'm Laleña Wolf, owner of Somatic Healing and Creator of
The Trauma Release Initiation three month intensive and
Re-Right Your Story six month immersion.
I am a certified somatic trauma and attachment therapist, trauma informed practitioner, master transformational embodiment
coach, and protectress of the secure feminine and masculine.
I help trauma survivors uncover their true power by embarking upon the path of embodiment. Cultivating a felt sense of safety from within will in turn unlock the central nervous systems inherent ability to heal from the inside out, no matter how tragic or stressful the past has been.
It is my mission to share with the world the recipe that gave me my life back after enduring significant trauma and loss. Somatic healing is designed to help you feel safe enough in your body to move out of surviving and into thriving. This becomes possible by repairing the central nervous system and therefore, overcoming cycles of self-sabotage and the imposters syndrome.
The Trauma Release Initiation, is a 90 day transformational intensive designed to help you transform your pain into true power and live unencumbered by the burdens of the past.
"Laleña helped me to heal past traumas that I had throughout my life in weeks vs the years I had spent in talk therapy. She helped me to see the wise woman within me and love myself like I never have before. She has given me tools that will help me navigate for years to come.
Laleña has a calm and gentle nature and creates a safe place where I feel cared for, encouraged, seen and heard. The 12 week intensive was the best gift I have ever given myself. I am beyond grateful for the care and service she provided me."

What if I don't consider myself someone who has experienced trauma?
an updated definition
Trauma is anything that has happened too much, too fast, or for too long, and the body doesn't have the safety or time needed to recover.
This updated definition speaks to how individual the experience of trauma tends to be.
Has anything occurred in your life that your body has not had the safety or time needed to fully process?
Are you someone who experience's involuntary reactions or triggers that you know logically aren't aligned with present time, but instead point to the pain of the past?
Are you someone who doesn't know what to do about these involuntary triggers or automatic coping mechanisms and talking alone, isn't changing the pattern?
Then you are in the right place.
